Be responsible for shopfloor’s diagnostic analysis work, find waste,
define improvement plan, carry it out and evaluate

负责生产现场的诊断分析工作，发现浪费，制定改善方案，推动实施并加以评估；

Be responsible for lean related training

·
负责公司精益生产的相关培训

·
Design and improve workshop’s layout, optimize logistics system

·
设计及改善车间平面布置，优化物流系统

·
Mafact Implementation in plant

·
麦格纳工厂标准推行

·
Plant KPI update and following up management

·
工厂KPI更新及跟踪管理

·
完成上级安排的其他工作。
