1. 负责公司质量管理体系、质量管理标准与质量流程的建立与修订；

3. 通过现场审核，过程审核及质量控制，对供应商进行质量监督，降低供应商质量风险；

4. 对于出现的质量问题，及时与客户进行沟通，并组织相关人员展开讨论，进行分析并制

定质量问题解决方案，确保质量问题能够得到解决；

5. 负责质量成本控制，制定部门财务需求计划，推进质量成本改进；

6. 全面负责质量团队建设与管理，制定部门制度、规范

Be fully responsible for the construction and management of quality team, formulate departmental systems and specifications

7. 阅读设计图纸，了解设计意图及主导思想，根据丁标、国标以及图纸编制质检大纲。

Read the design drawings, understand the design intent and leading ideas, prepare the quality inspection outline according to the DIN standard, GB standard and drawings

8. 组织及配合开展质量体系审核、及时识别可能出现的质量问题，并提出质量改进计划；

Organize and cooperate to carry out quality system audit, identify possible quality problems in time, and put forward quality improvement plan

9. 组织员工制定个人工作及培训计划，监督执行并提供辅导，促进质量团队能力提升；

Organize employees to formulate personal work and training plans, supervise the implementation and provide guidance, and promote the improvement of quality team ability

10. 完成上级交办的其它工作。

要求：机械相关专业，在重型机械加工制造行业质量控制相关工作2年以上。具有良好的识图能力和制造现场解决问题的能力，具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
