Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer relationship management: In-depth understanding and analysis of customer business needs, industry trends and competitive trends, and development of personalized customer management plans;
2. Docking with customers' business needs, monitoring the sales process such as contract signing, payment remittance, etc., docking with the factory for proofing and shipping;
3. Maintain old customers, communicate with customers regularly, participate in customer activities and business negotiations, enhance customer stickiness and deepen cooperation;
4. Develop new customers, formulate targeted sales strategies according to customer needs and market analysis, and implement them to achieve sales performance and expand market share;
5. Ensure quality, comply with the company's standards, and maintain the common interests of customers and the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, 24-35 years old, English as working language;
2.More than two years of manufacturing sales experience, familiar with customer development, maintenance and service process;
3. Outgoing, enthusiastic, strong communication and teamwork skills;
4.Positive attitude and sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and conduct.
