Core Responsibilities主要职责
1. To plan and organize production schedules and work shifts to ensure most efficient using of resources and costs against agreed stock levels.计划和组织生产计划和班次，根据库存水平确保资源和生产有效的使用。
2. To control and implement daily production tasks by following production plan and requirement. 根据生产计划和要求，控制和达成生产目标。
3. To ensure the efficient collaboration and communication with internal teams and HQ teams with regards to production performance improvement .为了生产绩效的改善，确保SDT生产团队和总部团队的有效合作和沟通。
4. To ensure that all the production areas are maintained in line with the company’s quality system requirements.确保生产的各个方面符合公司质量体系的要求。
5. To develop and monitor processes for the reduction of production scrap.监督和控制生产过程，减少生产中的浪费。
6. To be responsible for recruitment, discipline, appraisals and all other personnel issues relating to production team.负责生产团队的招聘、奖惩、评估以及所有员工相关问题。
7. To ensure that systems are in place to identify and meet the training requirements of the production team in order to fulfil their responsibilities in the most efficient manner. 确保系统符合性，从而明晰和满足生产团队的培训要求，确保员工能以最有效的方式履行他们的职责。
8. To set team goals and communicate with all members accordingly.建立团队员工目标并与之沟通。
9. To instruct operators towards proper work procedure and discipline. 指导操作工遵守生产流程和规章制度。
10. To create and improve relevant SOPs based on operation needs. 根据需要建立和改善生产流程。
11. To keep continuous improvement of production procedure and increase production efficiency, then get the optimized work flow. 持续改善生产流程，提高生产效率，实现工作流程的优化。
12. To conduct reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities. 完成定期的生产汇报工作。
13. To finish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成领导安排的其他任务。

Required Experience工作经验
Minimum 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing plant with ＞ 3 years operator management experience , preferably from Pharma or Medical Device multi-national company.
至少5以上年的生产工厂的工作经验，大于3年的操作工管理经验，医药企业或者医疗器械跨国公司经验优先。

Required Qualifications学历/资格要求
university graduate with degree in mechanical, electrical or operations management
本科学历，要求机械、电器或者运营管理专业

English Requirements 英语要求
proficiency in both spoken and written English. 英语书写流畅，口语流利。
