Objectives of the Position Pro-actively identify, define and drive continuous business improvement measures to ensure sustainable and profitable business success Lead, track and push forward both existing and new commercial excellence measures with the target to make business operations more efficient and professional Disseminate key market insights, provide recommendations for strategic relevance and impact, as well as consolidate competitive insights for strategic recommendations and profitable growth Reliably prepare concise and high-quality reporting for local and global top management Act as sparring partner and support for Dept. Head and team members within the organization Required Skills &Capabilities University degree in business administration or economics from top university with ideally international experience 7-10 years project management or consulting experience in multinational or JV companies to manage complexity Financial and business acumen to conduct data analysis and act as strategic challenger Basic technical proficiency in batteries (or high learning agility) Presentation skills for synthesis & (PPT) reporting Proactiveness: love challenges and take initiative to drive topics to completion; update & inform right away / escalate if needed Strategic thinking: ability to think long-term Outstanding communication skills: able to connect different stakeholders and work together collaboratively Fluent in both in Chinese and English Willingness to travel frequently as needed
