Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the service design works:
• 带领并组织新产品和后市场上市产品的维修手册的编写,包括相关手册的发布和设计更改流程。维修手的的负责人。
• 定义维修备件并完成新备件的设置以相关流程的完成
• 在项目中参与service design的工作,与设计团队对产品,子系统,零部件的可维修性评估和改善
• Service 服务相关的文档的攥写,例如service note,电子checklist等
• 收集后市场问题反馈,分析问题,支持前线服务工程师解决疑难故障。
Educational Profile:
Bachelor degree or above on electrical/mechanical/computer/automation engineering or related engineering.
Good skill at English reading, written & spoken
Experience Profile:
3 years above working experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office application, like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
技术文档编写经验优先,熟悉PDF,framemaker,SIMS平台等经验
对现场设备维修和服务的经验优先。
医疗设备相关工作优先.
