1. Responsible for mechanical design of IPC/PLC/HMI product, covers specification, design, testing, supplier controlling, manufacturing introduction and maintenance.
2. Result documentation and transfer of work package.
3. Responsibility covers schedule, functionality, product costs, and quality of the work package assigned to him/her.
4. Adherence to architecture, design, and quality guidelines, norms and laws (product design).
Your Qualifications – solid and appropriate
1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or related field, solid theoretical knowledge in mechanical design principles, manufacturing processing and mechanics.
2. 3+ years of mechanical design experience, deep understanding of plastic injection, die casting and sheet metal forming processing, and common metals/plastics properties.
3. Knowledge of cables and connectors, coating processing, anti-corrosion methods.
4. Be familiar with CAD tools such as NX, and common PDM concepts and workflows.
5. Experience in "design to cost", "design for manufacturing" and mechanical design related development process.
6. Experience in designing and maintaining electronic device is an advantage.
7. Experience in mechanical simulation is an advantage.
8. Good oral and written English.
