Responsibility:
1. Maintain current customer business, monitor sales trends, develop customer needs to dig out more business opportunities.
2. Assist Sales Manager to implement sales strategy
3. Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target.
4. Identify customer key person, and work with various customer departments such as sourcing, planning/quality/logistic/supply-chain etc., build and maintain sounding customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction
5. Regular customer visit, introduce and promote Bufab C-parts solution & digital logistic solution to customers, guide customer to not only focus on price but also on NPI/quality/order/OTD/VMI/Packing etc.
6. Develop new customers and existing customers’ new business
7. Teamwork with Global Account Manager to achieve business targets of Global Accounts
8. Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, submit business reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner
9. Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed
10. Familiar with sales tools & company system such as Jeeves/Super office/ADS/Customer priority tool and etc.
11. Good sense of business risk management, identify potential risk and propose solution to Sales Manager
12. Act as the internal trainer to share knowledge and skills when needed
13. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Education & Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, min. 3 years relevant sales working experience in a similar industry
2. Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus
3. Sufficient English reading and writing skills, English speaking is a plus
4. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
5. Frequent travelling is required
