Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Manage quality issue with customer
2. Follow up quality issues internally and at OEM
3. Report for In-line PPM/Line stop/Claim for warranty
4. Maintain friendly relations with OEM person in each plant
5. Complete and support WCM related work .
6. Support and complete FFA related work
7. SQE
Job Requirements工作要求:
Education学历: Bachelor degree or above
Language语言: English: CET4 or above,Fluent spoken and written English.
Computer skill计算机技能: Good knowledge of MS-office
Work experience工作经验:
1. More than 2 years of customer complaint/quality management
2. Much experience in quality management, especially maintaining the customers’ relationship
3. Others to be specified其他:Good ability to communicate.
4. Possessing a professional educational background and work experience related to the responsibilities, being familiar with the tasks and requirements of the position, and having professional knowledge and skills to identify and control the quality and safety risks of the corresponding industrial products.
