职位描述

服装店

1.通过卓越的客户服务,专业的销售管理和有效的员工管理,使店铺正常地运营;


2.在日常的店铺运营上,通过创造和利用各种资源有效地提高销售额;


3.在公司政策下协助员工入职,技能培训,评估能力,明确职责及严肃纪律,以确保店铺人员架构的完整以及销售目标的达成;


4.能掌握公司标准化的产品流行趋势及知识,并以此提供顾客详细的、专业的选购建议,积极完成公司销售业绩目标;


5.坚持高效的,友好的客户服务质量;监督员工表现,确保维持良好的客户服务;


6.实施和遵循正确的陈列指引维护品牌形象,通过展示来提高销售量;


7.监督并呈报所有的店铺运营操作包括小票,日常报表,银行报表以及销售报表;


8.执行上级交办的其他事宜。


职位要求:


1.年龄28-40岁


2.3年相关零售店铺营运管理经验,有国内外时装品牌销售及管理经验者尤佳


3.善于学习,热爱时尚,熟悉并喜爱使用自媒体平台者尤佳


4.具有良好的沟通能力,善于管理团队,具有较强的团队组织和协调能力


5.高度责任心,具有较好的团队合作精神
