Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Experiential Technology professional to join our talented team. In this role, you will design and execute cutting-edge experiential technologies that bring brands experience to next level. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our brand experiences are both innovative and aligned with our clients' visions, utilizing data to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Develop and conceptualize brand experiences using the latest technologies and data insights.
2、Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and technical teams to understand brand objectives, project requirements, and key data points required.
3、Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate experiential designs.
4、Lead to implement and integrate experiential technologies into brand activations and installations.
5、Leverage data analytics to refine and enhance brand experiences, ensuring they are targeted and impactful.
6、Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and data-driven design methodologies.
7、Working with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to experiential installations.
8、Ensure all designs are engaging, accessible, and deliver a high-quality brand experience.
9、Present ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating the vision, technical details, and data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2、Proven experience in digital experiential design, creative experience solutions using AI and other latest tech.
3、Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to optimize design decisions.
4、Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5、Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6、Strong communication and presentation skills.
7、Experience in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, etc will be a plus.
8、Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar will be a plus.
Other Preferred Qualifications as reference:
1、Master’s degree in a related field.
2、Experience with AI/XR technologies and platforms.
3、Knowledge of hardware components and electronics used in experiential designs.
4、Previous work in a creative institute or similar setting.
5、A portfolio showcasing a range of data-driven brand experience design projects
