Responsibilities:
• Lead sales initiatives for our electronics products, with a strong focus on vibration technology components, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Leverage market research and personal expertise to identify sales opportunities, tailoring strategies to meet the specific needs of clients in the electronics sector.
• Initiate and maintain high-level contacts with key clients, especially those within well-known tech companies, to build and strengthen professional relationships.
• Demonstrate initiative by proactively seeking new business opportunities and devising innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.
• Exhibit strong responsibility in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the technical superiority and benefits of our products.
• Provide insightful feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the electronics industry, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in vibration components.
• Previous experience working with renowned tech companies, demonstrating an ability to engage with high-profile clients and secure significant contracts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated initiative and the capacity to work independently, with a high degree of responsibility and accountability for results.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred but not required. Candidates with significant industry experience who demonstrate a strong track record in sales and an in-depth understanding of electronics (specifically vibration components) will also be considered.
• A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are considered a plus, offering an advantage to those candidates who possess them.
