Key Responsibilities
1. Work under the Dean’s Office and assist with daily administrative tasks;
2. Be responsible for handling documentation, reports and other related materials;
3. Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;
4. Assist in student and faculty activities within respective divisions;
5. Keep liaison with administrative departments within the School and the University;
6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Preferably with experience in academic and teaching support in tertiary institutions;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
6. Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
