Concentrix China is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Digital Consultant with an Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry background to work on relevant projects. This consultant is a strategic thinker and a hands-on practitioner, with storytelling and analytical skills. The consultant must have excellent presentation and client-facing capabilities along with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. He/she is the consummate collaborator and comfortable working within fluid team structures.
The consultant must have strong Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry knowledge, either from working at companies or working on projects at length in consultancies in such industries. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct business analysis at Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry clients.
2. Design and communicate digital solutions.
3. Liaise with client teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
4. Work with technical teams to make sure the technical solutions meet the business requirements.
5. Ensure high quality deliverables on projects, including written reports, analysis, and presentations.
6. Engage with clients to identify business challenges and convert them into new business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
8. Foster a culture of creative innovation, excellence, and accountability.
9. Remain current, sharing industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
Requirements:
1. 8-10 years’ professional experience in working at major companies, in marketing, sales, digital, strategy, business development or retail departments; global experience preferred,
2. Or equivalently, 8-10 years of experience working for renowned consultancies with a strong focus on Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry clients, global experience preferred.
3. Strong client facing skills, understand how Automotive, Hi-Tech or Retail industry companies operate.
4. Strong business acumen to understand business strategies and customer needs.
5. Superb analytical capabilities, can extract business insights from data.
6. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Good communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
8. Proficient in using Power Point and Excel, and other computer tools.
9. Digital experience is preferred, in terms of digital marketing, AI, big data, etc.
10. Fluent in English to be able to communicate with global clients and internal teams.
