商务专员
Requirements:
1. Prepare sales contracts, make contract terms deviation form and negotiate with customers
2. Ensure clean order accurately placed in SAP and released timely
3. Keep orders on track, build a bridge between production and customers to make information timely exchanged and make resources efficiently utilized
4. Push customers to pick up goods in time, Issue DN in SAP and coordinate on goods delivery issue
5. Follow up payment, create billings and dispatch invoices to customers
6. Make sure all order management operations in consistent with company’s regulations and without audit finding
Qualifications:
1. International trade or related commercial knowledge required, good
communication skills

3. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft tools
4. Working experience in the international companies is preferred
