Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
Act as a project manager,
you need to manage project related activities from Initiation Stage to
Project completion and partner with the other functions of Planning, Engineering,
Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Storage, Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring
that projects are delivered on-time, on cost‚ on quality, at required
customer service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead cross-functional
team members to assess project scope and develop detailed project timeline.
带领跨部门的项目团队成员,确定项目范围和时间节点。
• Coordinate and lead
project team meetings, maintain effective information communication among
project teams.
协调组织项目会议,确保项目信息在项目团队及时准确传达。
• Define schedules and
track project tasks/activities to ensure that project progresses within
expected timing.
明确项目计划表,跟踪项目任务和活动,确保项目按照预定计划进行。
• Manage and follow up the
technical, quality, logistic, design release of drawings/BoM and schedule of
projects.
管理并监督项目进度,包括工程技术、质量、物流,确保图纸和BoM的设计完成和下发。
• Lead risk analysis &
mitigation planning for projects; identify, communicate, and resolve issues,
scope changes, budget variances that may arise during the project execution.
领导项目的风险分析,制订应对计划,识别、沟通并解决项目执行中出现的问题、范围变更、成本差异。
• Collaborate with teams
worldwide to acquire project relevant information and coordinate project
resources.
与全球的团队合作,沟通项目信息,协调项目资源。
• Ensure deliverables comply
with stage gate exit standard and get stage gate exit approval for the next
phase.
按照流程管理项目,确保项目的交付成果满足阶段关卡要求,并推进项目进入下一阶段。
• Collect and prepare
project data and information, progress reports, present to project team.
搜集项目数据和信息,准备进度报告,汇报给项目团队。
• Collaborate and communicate
with customers to promote relationship.

Main job tasks 主要工作任务:
• Gather project information
and questions from engineering, manufacturing or sourcing, check with
application engineering, sales, or customer for clarification.
与工程技术、生产制造和采购部门合作,搜集需要的项目相关信息和问题,与应用工程师、销售或客户进行沟通解决。
• Communicate with
customers, share the requirements to the operations team and coordinate for
fulfillment.
与客户交流,听取客户的需求,将这些需求传递给运营部门,并协调满足需求。
• Support sales team for other business assignments.
在相关业务上对销售团队提供协助。

Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree, majoring in engineering (mechatronics, machinery, automation, electrics, and food
industry is preferred).
大学本科及以上学历,学士学位,机电、机械、自动化、电子电气、食品工程等专业。
Familiar with mechanical/electrical/control knowledge.
具有机械、电气、工业控制等方面知识。
Good at project management knowledge, familiar with project management tools. Project
management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or Agile) is an advantage.
掌握项目管理知识,熟悉项目管理工具。具有项目管理相关认证(PMP, Prince 2等)优先。
Professional experience 专业经验
Minimum 3 years’ experience of project management. 至少3年项目管理经验。
Good professional ethics, integrity, responsibility; good communication skills, cooperative mindset, can work under pressure.
良好的职业道德,为人诚恳,责任心强;具备良好的沟通能力,具有合作精神,能承担较大的工作压力。
Good decision-making ability, ability to solve problems, manage conflicts and solve team-work related issues.

Familiar with MS software, good at self-learning.
熟练使用电脑软件,具备自学能力。
