Bachelor’s degree, holder of Textile Technology or related disciplines are preferred.
Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in leading Plush toy or toy development and process within Engineering establishment roles, print experience is preferred.
Very good knowledge of home Textile/Plush Toy products. Understands constructions, materials, product and quality levels, technical requirements, and protocols for the mentioned product range.
Experience & technical now how on Printing process and development is preferred.
Leads, engages with, and actively influences an integrated approach to vendor development competence with the different operational teams.
Continually assesses and evaluate the current/new vendor to ensure their continuous development and performance is reflected in results.
Good understanding about the product development cycles and process, manufacturing processes and technologies. Understanding of product and materials value chain and cost aspects.
Very good knowledge of the product requirements, regulatory standards and test requirements.
Must be familiar with the requirements in CPSIA, AATTC, Prop 65, F963, ASTM, BIFMA requirements add to advantage.
Convert strategy into tactics and set operational plans and secure execution in the product category/region/specific area of responsibility, CNAS or Factory Process / manufacturing Audit skills is added to advantage.
Excellent in communicating skills as well as English language in writing and verbal.
Capable in leading people, great ownership, and result getter.
Able to use Pro-E / Solid Work is essential to this position.
