主要工作职责（Responsibilities）

1. 负责公司内相关设备以及基础设施的验收、维修、保养，支持工厂顾问的设备管理工作；

Responsible for the acceptance, repair, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in company. Support plant consultant manage the equipment;

2. 负责公司内模具的验收、保养、维护、修理和年度清点等相关的管理工作；

Responsible for acceptance, maintenance, repair and annual check the mold of company;

3. 支持现场生产团队的管理，在操作工的月度绩效、产线例会以及新员工培训给予支持，给出相应的建议；

Support the management of production team in the aspect of monthly performance, regular meeting and new operator training, and provide suggestion;

4. 支持质量部门定期的产线巡查，并对发现的问题给出相应的改善建议；

Support quality department perform regular production audit, and provide improvement suggestion for findings;

5. 负责落实公司计划实施的产品变更。根据生产的计划，提前做好产品变更准备，确保产品变更按照要求得到实施；

Responsible for implement the product modification as plan. According the production plan, do preparation for production modification, ensure the modification been implement as requirement;

6. 负责产线测试设备的工艺参数管理，持续优化对生产工艺，提高生产效率；

Responsible for process parameters management of production equipment, continues opimize production process and improve production efficiency;

7. 负责维护生产相关的工艺文件，对总部的工艺文件和要求进行转化和实施；

Responsible for maintenance the process document of production, transfer and implement the document and requirement of process from HQ;

8. 负责公司安全管理信息系统的维护，更新必要的信息，满足当地安检部门的要求。

Responsible for maintenance the company safety management information system, update necessary information to comply safety supervision bureau.

9. 负责公司生产、作业和活动现场的安全管理工作。负责现场施工的安全管理工作。负责员工的安全培训工作；

Responsible for the on-site safety management of production, operation and activity. Responsible for the on-site safety management of supplier construction or services activities and employee safety training;

10.支持项目组的新产品或者新项目在生产线的试生产；
Support the 0-lot production of new project or product;
11.完成部门主管安排的其他任务。
Perform other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.

任职要求(Qualifications)

1. 大专及以上学历，5年以上工程、工艺、设备维护相关经验；

College degree or above,more than 5 years of Engineering,process or equipment related work.

2. 持有高低压电工证，特种设备操作证优先考虑；
Have High and low voltage electrician certificate, special equipment operation certificate is preferred.

3.具备深入了解机械和电气设备的知识和能力；

Knowledge and ability to understand mechanical and electrical equipment in depth.

4.良好的团队合作能力及沟通能力,踏实主动，有较强的责任心；

Good team work and interpersonal communication，Up-and-coming, strong responsibility sense.

5. 良好的英语口语和书写能力。

Skilled in English writing and oral.
