岗位职责：

1.担任项目经理负责项目的交付。

2.规划、组织和协调项目的各个阶段，确保项目按时、按质量要求完成。

3.与客户进行沟通和合作，理解客户需求并提供解决方案。

4.领导和管理团队，协调资源，制定项目计划，并监督项目进展。确保团队成员的工作分配合理，解决团队中的问题，并推动团队的协同工作。

5.管理项目风险，制定风险管理计划，并采取相应的措施降低风险。解决项目中出现问题，确保项目顺利进行。

6.编写项目报告，更新进展和相关文档，与客户和团队成员进行有效的沟通和协作。

7.完成其它工作要求。

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project delivery as project manager.

2. Plan, organize and coordinate all stages of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and in accordance with quality requirements.

3. Communicate and cooperate with customers, understand customer requirements and provide solutions.

4. Lead and manage teams, coordinate resources, develop project plans, and monitor project progress. Ensure that the work of team members is properly distributed, solve problems in the team, and promote team work.

5. Manage project risks, develop risk management plans, and take appropriate measures to reduce risks. Solve the problems in the project and ensure the smooth running of the project.

6. Prepare project reports, update progress and related documents, communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and team members.

7. Fulfill other job requirements.

基本经验和能力要求：

1.三年以上工作经验

具备以下能力和经验的优先考虑：

-具备网络安全或计算机技术领域的知识和经验，能够理解和解决与项目相关的技术问题。

-熟悉渗透测试、漏洞评估和安全审计等方面的工作流程和方法。

-具备2B的项目管理经验：在企业级项目中担任项目经理角色，熟悉企业级项目管理流程和方法。

-具备项目总监或助理的工作经验，在项目管理流程和团队协作方面有一定程度的了解。

-外包项目咨询师经验：在外包项目中担任咨询师角色，熟悉外包项目的管理和交付流程。

Basic experience and ability requirements:

1. More than three years working experience

The following skills and experience are preferred:

- Knowledge and experience in the field of cyber security or computer technology to understand and solve technical problems related to the project.

- Familiar with the workflow and methodology of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and security audit.

- Have 2B project management experience: work as a project manager in an enterprise-level project, and be familiar with enterprise-level project management processes and methods.

- Experience as a project director or assistant with some understanding of project management processes and team work.

- Outsourcing project consultant experience: served as a consultant in outsourcing projects, familiar with the management and delivery process of outsourcing projects.

2. Fluent English listening, speaking and writing skills

3. Organizational ability: able to effectively organize and arrange the work of the project team to ensure that the project is carried out as planned. Excellent time management and problem solving skills, able to deal with challenges and changes in projects.

4. Report and document writing ability: able to write project reports, update progress and related documents to ensure the effective recording and communication of projects.

5. Team work ability: Good team spirit, able to work closely with team members and other departments to promote the successful completion of the project.

6. Learning ability: Have the ability to learn quickly, can adapt to new technologies and new working methods, and can continuously improve their professional ability and knowledge level.

7. Communication skills: able to clearly express ideas and opinions, effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and other relevant parties to ensure that information is accurately understood and conveyed.
