Senior Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities
Ÿ Analyzing business requirements and define requirements specification, designing and implementing an end-to-end process, coordinate UAT, Execute & Ensure Adaptive Delivery Framework (SDLC) documentation with business partners & vendors.
Ÿ Articulate and document requirements to the delivery partners and Implementation team to successfully implement and maintain the Analytics infrastructure needed to support business process.
Ÿ Be engaged in data management work such as: design of an analytics catalogue, promoting data literacy, participating in analytics governance forums,
Ÿ Heavily engaged in setting up the foundational design aspects of a successful and scalable solution.
Ÿ Develop & embed standards and guidelines for the business process lifecycle.
Ÿ Prepare material, tools, sample data, and processes and conduct demos to promote solutions
Ÿ Contribute to the analytics and operating model.
Ÿ Identify learning and development needs.
Ÿ Testing and assessing the quality of new tools.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
Ÿ BA, BS in Computer or Life Sciences or equivalent with 5+ years business analyst experience.
Ÿ Influencing design and user experience.
Ÿ Understanding of software development.
Ÿ Strong drive to learn new concepts in business processes, tools, and applications.
Ÿ Experience working with Lab IT systems, include LIMS, ELN, Instrument software and database
Ÿ Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
Ÿ Evidence of working with Agile project management methodologies.
Ÿ Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, capable of interpreting and discussing technical IT terms with a non-technical business audience.
Ÿ Liaise with other teams to enhance our technological stack, to enable the adoption of the latest advances in data processing
Ÿ Fluent in both Chinese and English
Desirable
Ÿ Deep & broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical Drug Development process.
