岗位职责：

Key Accountabilities：

1、负责音视频设备的操作和维护：需要确保音响设备的正常运行，包括功放、音响、调音台等。需要了解设备的性能和操作方法，能够正确地调整设备参数，保证音响效果的质量和稳定性；

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of audio and video equipment: need to ensure the normal operation of audio equipment, including power amplifier, audio, mixer, etc. It is necessary to understand the performance and operation method of the equipment, and be able to adjust the equipment parameters correctly to ensure the quality and stability of the sound effect;

2、制定设备的使用和保养计划，定期进行保养和检修，确保设备的正常运行。对设备进行登记和管理，记录设备的维修和使用情况，管理和跟踪设备的状态；

Make equipment use and maintenance plan, regular maintenance and overhaul to ensure the normal operation of equipment. Register and manage the equipment, record the maintenance and use of the equipment, manage and track the status of the equipment;

3、定期对音视频设备进行保养和维护，包括清洁、润滑、调整等，检查设备的电气性能和机械性能，及时发现和处理设备故障或隐患，保证设备的正常运行；

Regular maintenance and maintenance of audio and video equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, etc., check the electrical and mechanical properties of the equipment, timely detection and treatment of equipment faults or hidden dangers, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

4、为客户提供技术支持，协助解决音视频方面的问题。进行培训和指导，帮助正确地使用和维护音响设备；

Provide technical support to customers to help solve audio and video problems. Provide training and guidance to assist in the proper use and maintenance of sound equipment;

5、参与项目实施：需要参与项目的实施过程，根据项目需求进行音响系统的设计和配置。与项目经理和其他技术人员合作，确保项目的顺利实施和交付。

Participate in project implementation: It is necessary to participate in the implementation process of the project, and design and configure the sound system according to the project requirements. Work with project manager and other technical staff to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the project.

任职要求：

General requirements：

1、专科及以上学历，音视频、舞美、录音相关专业；

College degree or above, major in audio and video, choreography, recording;

2、5年以上大型会展中心，活动搭建经验。有大型国事会议、活动搭建保障经验优先；

More than 5 years experience in large-scale exhibition center and event construction. Experience in setting up security for large-scale state meetings and events is preferred;

3、熟练使用主流音响设备，能过通过软件对系统进行调试。有扎实的理论知识和技术工作经验；

Proficient in using mainstream audio equipment, able to debug the system through software. Solid theoretical knowledge and technical work experience;

4、有责任心，较强的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，有及时解决突发事件的协调能力。

Have a sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and team spirit, have the coordination ability to solve emergencies in a timely manner.
