Participate on the call for tender selection phase to understand supplier status for Transfer of work project.
- Verify the documentation, including but not limited to capacity, capability, certification, risk analysis, flow chart, industrial plan…
- Participate as a leader of transfer of work in the project team.
- Analysis the Gap of supplier maturity and arrange periodic meetings
- Cooperate with supplier and internal departments to ensure the new production transfer is successful.
- Prepare document, deliverables, PPAP, Lesson learn, SDT and ensure on time deliveries…
- Raise risks, actions follow-up, reporting and escalation in case on deviation to industrial target
- Lead the whole process of tooling transfer, measurement, reparation.
- Ensure new production 100% ramp up
- Support supplier to validate reported deliveries, non-conformity etc.
