职位描述:
Back end Support a team of the call centre and local marketing.
对上海呼叫中心和市场部的后台支持。
Date entry for daily bookings and sending email blast to clients.
运营专员需要输入每日的订单到系统里和给相关客户发送邮件。
Booking hotel reservations, updating voucher log, notes for Finance tracking.
为客人预定酒店,更新各种奖励使用,为财务追溯做好记录。
Charging for packages, vouchers and any upgrades.
为客人购买的套餐、优惠券和升级扣款。
Maintain log record for charging, refund, voucher etc.
维护扣款、退款和优惠券发放等的记录
Maintain log record for different department daily bookings.
为不同团队的每天订单做好记录。
Handle monthly reports to managers for call centre booking result and performance.
为管理团队提供每月的业绩和订单报表。
Maintain good record/ filing system.
维护好记录和归档。
Updating new email blast as and when there are new promotions.
当有新的市场活动时,更新新的邮件群发。
Updating system for confirmation, cancellation or important notes to support sales gallery.
为了更好的支持销售中心,及时更新系统里的确认、取消和其他重要备注。
Rotating shift on weekends for data entry and assist sales gallery for any enquiries related to bookings.
可以在周末换班来支持销售中心需要的相关订单预定。
Performs other duties as appropriate.
完成领导提出的其他任务和要求。
岗位要求:
College degree.
大专以上学历。
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative, data entry or a related field.
至少一年以上系统、运营或者助理相关工作经验。
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
流利的普通话和英文可以作为工作语言。
Intermediate computer with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer word-processing skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
熟悉office处理,熟练的Excel和Word操作能力。
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.
能承受一定的工作压力,多任务处理和要事优先的能力,积极主动。
Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet targets. Proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.

薪资详情:
职位底薪7.5K * 13,每月奖金补贴500-700元
