任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业；

2、3年及以上物流运作及管理经验，熟悉国内物流网络，以及俄罗斯、中亚地区的跨境陆运物流资源；

3、良好的沟通能力及技巧，及解决问题能力和成本控制意识；

4、能以英语作为工作语言，能够进行跨国物流合作和沟通；

5、具有较强的责任心，诚实可靠，能承担一定的工作压力。

Job Description:

1. Organize and arrange the transportation of goods according to customer requirements to ensure efficient and smooth logistics operations.

2. Handle and follow up on customs clearance, inspection, and other procedures for import and export of goods to ensure smooth customs clearance.

3. Coordinate with transportation service providers to handle issues and exceptional situations during transportation to ensure service quality and reliability.

4. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, transportation companies, and other partners.

5. Optimize logistics costs, develop budgets, monitor execution, and seek methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics management, international trade, or related field.

2. 3 years or more experience in logistics operations and management, familiar with domestic logistics network, as well as logistics resources in Russia and Central Asia.

3. Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cost-control awareness.

4. Proficient in English as a working language for cross-border logistics cooperation and communication.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, reliability, and ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
