工作概要 Summary

负责安全带平台开发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪。领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求。

Responsible for the overall promotion of Seatbelt product development project management and tracking the overall progress of the project. Lead project teams to achieve quality, cost, expense, and deadline objectives, and develop, optimize, adjust, and identify resource requirements for project tracking and project management by phase.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 监督项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理，策划编制项目开发计划以及相关的APQP文件；

Supervise the project team to complete the quality, cost, expense and deadline objectives, and carry out project tracking and project management according to the phases, and plan and prepare the project development plan and related APQP documents;

2. 负责完成客户各阶段的试作交样对应，按期交付满足客户需求阶段样品;

Responsible for supervising the completion of the customer's trial sample correspondence at each stage, and delivering the samples on schedule to meet the customer's needs；

3. 负责客户处项目日程及风险汇报，客户阶段监察对应;

Responsible for customer timing management, risk assessment report and customer audit;

4. 负责起草并展示阶段评审资料；负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审（PR1~PR5）；

Responsible for drafting and displaying the stage review materials; responsible for organizing the project team members to review each stage work result of the project (PR1~PR5);

5. 负责设计变更&公司内部VAVE国产化的推进。

Responsible for design changes & promotion of localization VAVE within the company.

学历&经验Education & Experience：

1. 大学本科或同等学历，理工类专业优先。

Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related.

2. 五年及以上汽车行业项目管理相关工作经验。

Above 5 years in program management work experience in auto mobile industry.

3. 具备担任至少3个难易度系数为高的新项目的能力。

Ability to work on at least 5 new projects with a high difficulty factor.

技能Skills:

1. 拥有项目管理专业人士资格认证 PMP及以上优先考虑；

Own project management professional qualification certification PMP or above is preferred;

2. 熟悉5大工具书,尤其是APQP培训经历;

Familiar with the AIAG 5 tools, especially APQP training experience;

3. 熟悉产品、工艺、了解技术，熟悉客户要求、成本知识等；

Familiar with products, processes, understand technology, familiar with customer requirements, cost knowledge, etc.

4. 熟练使用办公室软件（Project、PPT、Excel、Word等）；

Proficiency in office software (Project, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)

5. 熟悉项目管理体系及客户开发流程；

Familiar with the project management system and customer development process;

6. 熟悉本公司开发流程或者精通同行业开发流程；

Familiar with the company's development process or proficient in the development process of the same industry;

7. 具有良好的英语(德语，韩语，日语等)沟通及读写能力;

Good English (Korean, Japanese etc.) communication and literacy skills;

8. 具有超强的责任心和良好的工作态度;

Have a strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude;

9. 具有良好的跨团队合作能力，积极主动，善于沟通；

Good cross-teamwork ability, proactive and good at communication;
