To
plan and establish standards for equipment capacity, production layout and
manpower requirement.

To
provide Industrial Engineering expertise such as simulation, process mapping
and work method study for productivity improvement projects.

·
To
utilize Systematic Layout Planning method in providing optimized factory layout design.

·
Liaise
with facility and EHS department to ensure compliance to safety regulations in factory layout design.

·
To
develop equipment and manning capacity model for new product and maintain equipment and manning capacity model for existing lines.

·
Optimizing
use of people, machine, space and systems.

·
Other duties as assigned.

·
Implement
quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies, achieve
departmental goals and targets; Responsible for the operational control of
environmental management and occupational health and safety management in the
department;
