Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive parts industry, with a deep understanding of the OEM and Tier 1 supplier market. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize market penetration, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our customer base.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials tailored to the needs of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, provide product presentations, and negotiate contracts.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, problem resolution, and continuous communication.

Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.
