Assist the development and evaluation for new suppliers with the invovment of all the conncerned departments to be included in our data base. Support the localization projects in a daily basis with detailed follow up and coordination internally and externally. Provide onsite support to SQA for quality issue resolve and continuously improvement.
1. Follows and maintains the localization Plan ( material, spare parts and others), from the sampling process till the mass production implementaion.
2. Requests and monitors the documentation preparation from the supplier (such as SAQ,PPAP) according to COFICAB TS and procedure.
3. Coordinates and follows the online trials and validations with R&D and quality teams for new samples localizations.
4. Follows, maintains and improves the quality level of all our potential suppliers by organizing visit/audit and supplier workshops ( At Coficab Plant as well as at suppliers plants).
5. Supports technically purchasing team in the outsourcing creating the benchmark & best practice with current suppliers assisting & following closely the validation of new alternatives.
6. Participates the final implementation of the project in compliance with the technical requirments apporved with the requester.
7. Coordinate with the potential suppliers to handle the samples and materials during whole developing period.
