• Responsible for series production planning, prototype and pre-series production: planning new machines, relevant processes and organize production.
• Coordination between involved departments (Production, Development, Quality, etc.) in relation to design, feasibility, demand, production.
• Process development on near-series production lines/machines.
• Preparation of project documents for different decision making committees of VWAC.
• Cooperation planning of the series production after handover of the equipment to the production.
• This includes optimization of the manufacturing processes, improvement of ergonomic conditions,processing of change requests and cost reduce.
• Build up and maintain good working relationship between the Component-Plants overseas by participating/running regular cross-plant meetings (member specialist teams).

Our Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial engineering or Automobile related fields.
• 3 years full time working experience, ideally in the field of automotive or battery planning.
• Proficient in Chinese, German and/or English fluently in speaking and writing, both German and English would be preferred.
• Ability to work in an international company and team.
• Action oriented work style and strong drive for results.
