Key Responsibilities
1. Routine salary payment review in monthly based for office & brand employee
2. Establishing and administrating employee database, designing and optimizing C&B policies and procedures.
3. Implement annual manpower planning, C&B processes including headcount planning, labor cost budgeting, merit increase and incentive program.
4. Proficient in C&B toolbox, frameworks and tools, make effective incentive scheme to maintain and motivate top talent.
5. Regularly review to ensure compliance, consistency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Compensation and benefit survey, internal benchmark, salary structure review and design.
7. Annual salary review process, budget estimate, process management.
8. C&B relevant analysis and report.
9. C&B policies review and guidance.
10. Vendor management
11. HR system optimization based on C&B process requirement.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 8 years of progressive HR experience in MNC, and at least 5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Strong communication skills
5. People management skill
6. Project management skill
7. Accounting & Finance background is big plus
8. English language fluency (spoken and written)
9. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoints and other IT applications
