Key Responsibilities

• Plan and review warehouse manpower allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to plan and optimize the use of warehouse storage space.
• Oversee operations to ensure strict compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conducted monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock takes to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and provided detailed stocktaking reports to management.
• Ensure the regular maintenance of all equipment, including racks, hand lifts, forklifts, and office equipment, to maintain operational safety and efficiency.
• Provide regular reports to upper management on key issues, supported by comprehensive warehouse performance data and operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Working experience in warehouse/Logistic operation at least 3 years.
• Preferred skills in ERP system implementation.
• Preferred skills in Google Sheet or Excel.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Work location at Samut Prakan.
