Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or structure related majors; 3 years and above project management experience in electronic products
2. Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in mechanical, electronic, materials and other related disciplines.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong hands-on ability
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to clearly express technical views and solutions.
5. Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Sample production
- Manual sample production based on the basic model, sample delivery; specific sample programmed burning and verification (working with colleagues in Nanjing ).
- Verification of software before switching to production mode (in co-operation with colleagues in Nanjing) and samples.
- During Sample production, if the IE sample engineer in Nanjing can not be present, must be responsible for sample production, complete the relevant internal coordination tasks.
2) Qingdao local project, new product introduction stage tracking and coordination
C1 phase and capability test D phase:
- Work with the project team to ensure that the new product project is completed on schedule;
- Work with PM to organize Qingdao local project introduction preparation meeting and stage review meeting.
- Work with the project team to sort out the existing new product introduction process, identify problems and submit feedback for process improvement; collect problem points in the new product phase and work with the project team to analyze and improve major anomalies;
- Import tracking and internal resource coordination
Under the guidance and arrangement of the project team, organize, track and coordinate the project activities in Qingdao and supervise the implementation.
Ramp up phase:
- Maintain timely communication and feedback with the project team to track the closed loop of legacy issues in c1 and D phases.
- Assist project team in tracking new product quality, cost, delivery, etc.; and pay attention to the ramp up phase, product yield, quality index, capacity ramp up, etc. achievement;
- External Resource Coordination
Coordination with the client side of the project: with the authorization of the project manager, cooperate with the project team to complete some necessary communication with the client;
Coordination with the supplier side of the project: collaborate with quality (IQC/SQA), purchasing and supply chain (buyer/CM) to solve the practical problems of the supplier side.
