Activities 主要职责活动：
A. Oversees responsible BRGP product design and product transfer, Build up the BRGP product database HR operations .全面负责BRGP 产品设计工作和产品转移，搭建BRGP 产品数据库
B. Lead the BRGP product certification and product design change ;Ensure BRGP product match with marketing and customer requirement负责BRGP 的产品认证和产品设计变更，确保BRGP 产品满足市场和客户的需求
C. Lead BRGP product packaging design and technical specification check .Align with customer and build the BRGP database.主导BRGP 的产品包装设计和技术要求确认，搭建维护BRGP 数据库信息
D. Cross-function team work for technical support and coordinate , Maintenance and build up the product BOM 跨部门的技术支持和协调工作，维护创建生产BOM
E. Technical drawing and document store and version management 图纸和技术文档的存储管理和版本管理
F. Provide the BRGP product knowledge training to new comer, Lead new one to suit new working process .对新员工的BRGP产品知识培训，带领新设计工程师熟悉工作流程


Requirements 任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in management, fluent English本科以上学历，机械类专业，英语流利
2.2-years work experiences in multi-national company至少2年跨国公司工作经验
3.Proficient in development tools and software 熟练使用产品开发工具和软件 Catia、Solidworks
4.Familiar with braking system performance and pad test analysis、manufacturing process熟悉刹车系统功能及摩擦片测试分析和生产工艺
5.Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated 独立工作，积极主动，自我激励
6.Team spirit and good communication & interpersonal skills 团队精神，良好的沟通和人际交往能力
7.Dynamic, result orientated and capable of performing efficiently in a changing environment 动态的，结果导向的，能够在变化的环境中高效地执行。
