n As set within the Site Improvement Plan, support the Management team in the application of FES methodologies and tools through their active participation on the shop floor thus providing trainings and coaching to Plant personnel

n Accountable for the Plant MOD cost budget construction & achievement, through efficient “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement plan”.

n Ensure routing and coefficient data management methodology is correctly applied and respected, for direct standard and actual Labor cost accuracy.

n Ensure DLE/DLP tracking process linked with the DL cost % results, contribute to direct labor cost gap to budget analysis and reaction plan.

n Support SW construction and adherence, development of OHP (primarily GL and Supervisor role and routines), as the main foundations to achieve high levels of operational performance.

n Animate the FES network within his plant as well as participate in the division network

n Support New Program Launching

要求：

n Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality Supervisor or Manager…)

至少3年管理经验（如生产、物流、质量主管或者经理级别）

n Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)

有被推荐为3年的相关生产环境的工作经验（如工程师、主管、经理级别或相同等级）

n A recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs within a plant department by using FES principles

n Understand basic P&L and operational levers
