Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for CS material management, including material forecast, spare parts definition and safety stock optimization, inventory control annual physical inventory for CS stock. Handling of obsolete items materials phase in and phase out because of design modifications, stock preparing for urgent projects, major projects, and regular materials based on forecasts and history usage.
• 负责客户服务物料管理，包括物料预测，备件定义和安全库存控制和优化，年度库存计划，管理由于设计变更的淘汰物料，日常库存管理和紧急项目需求的物料备货。
• Collaborating with Buyer, SP and Quality colleagues for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ quality, lead- time, and flexibility on CS demand.
• 通过和采购、质量等部门合作，满足客户服务部门对于物料交期，质量和多样化的需求。
• Responsible for material management related digital automation projects.
• 负责物料管理的数字化，自动化项目
• Communicate with customers politely and reasonably for material request issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• 在物料需求方面与客户进行专业有效的沟通，确保客户满意。
• Maintain basic data /install data in system for VFD product.
• 维护变频器产品的基础数据。
• Other projects/tasks from line manager.
• 其他直线经理交代的任务/项目。
• Provide the appropriate proposals and spare parts to promote our service business.
• 提供合理化建议以支持和促进我们的服务业务。

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, electric engineering, Automation or related job. Especially, research, engineering, testing or service about drive and motor products.
• 电力电子、电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；拥有变频器/电机相关知识，物料管理或客户服务等相关工作经验。
• With material management knowledge and commercial knowledge
• 物料管理和商务方面的知识，。
• The ability to control risk in advance.
• 提前预测和控制风险的能力。
• Good communication capability and presentation skill.
• 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力。
• Be able to use SAP and skilled Microsoft office application, BI tool is better.
• 熟练使用SAP和微软相关软件，会使用Power BI优先。
• Archiving skill.
• 具备报告和文档管理技能。
• Basic English Communication skill.
• 拥有基本的英语交流技能。
• Can work in an intercultural environment, excellent cross department collaboration ability.
• 能理解他人立场，卓越的跨部门沟通能力。
