I. Main responsibilities
1. Drink preparation
• Skillfully mix various cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer needs and the drink list.
• Master the combination of different types of alcohol, juices, and seasonings to create unique flavors.
2. Customer service
• Warmly receive customers and provide professional drink suggestions to meet customers' special requirements.
• Interact with customers to create a pleasant bar atmosphere.
3. Bar management
• Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including the bar counter, barware, equipment, etc.
• Be responsible for beverage inventory management to ensure sufficient supply and freshness of beverages.
• Assist the manager in cost control and sales statistics.
II. Skill requirements
1. Professional knowledge
• Be familiar with various types of alcohol, bartending tools, and bartending techniques.
• Understand the origin, taste, characteristics, and pairing methods of alcohol.
2. Creativity
• Be able to design and innovate new cocktail recipes.
