We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our private banking marketing strategy in China. This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and drive long-term growth in the competitive Chinese market. The CMO will play a critical role in shaping our private banking division’s reputation, developing tailored marketing initiatives, and overseeing all customer engagement activities aimed at delivering superior value and service.

As a strategic leader, the CMO will work closely with senior management, global teams, and local market experts to elevate our private banking offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Please kindly noted that this role will be relocated to other country if necessary.

岗位职责:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan focused on the private banking sector in China. Create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with Chinese HNWIs, strengthen the brand, and elevate market position.
2. Brand Leadership & Positioning: Position our specified services as the preferred choice for HNWIs in China. Ensure consistent and differentiated branding across all channels, focusing on exclusivity, trust, and personalized service.
3. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Drive deep market research and analysis to understand the evolving needs of private banking customers in China. Leverage insights to shape marketing strategies, refine customer segmentation, and tailor communication strategies to meet client expectations.
4. Content and Digital Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that engages and attracts private banking customers. Utilize effective marketing platforms and tools to engage clients through personalized and targeted communication.
5. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop innovative strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing high-net-worth individuals. Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, deepening relationships, and driving long-term loyalty.
6. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to execute ambitious marketing strategies.
7. Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior executives, including business development, private bankers, and operations teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, product offerings, and client servicing.
职责要求:
1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading marketing efforts in the private banking or wealth management sector, particularly in China.
2. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Chinese financial services landscape, private banking market dynamics, and the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals. Understanding of Chinese consumer behavior, trends, and preferences in private banking.
4. Leadership & Strategy: Strong leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to build and execute high-level marketing strategies that align with business objectives and generate measurable results.
5. Digital & Content Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and utilizing modern marketing technologies to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
6. Cultural & Market Understanding: A nuanced understanding of Chinese culture and the unique demands of HNWIs in China.
7. Communication and language: Fluency in both Mandarin and English
8. Analytical & Results-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer data to drive improvements and optimize marketing efforts.
