Job Purpose：

Ensure that all facilities of ESG plant in a safe ＆ cost effective manner.

Ensure that new ESG facility are designed ＆conformed local and international accepted standards.

Technical assistance to commercial / sales

Responsibilities:

1. Support in ESG daily operation for all ESG companies in China.

2. Establish code of practice and standards of all kind of ESG and ensure implementation in all ESG plants.

3. Ensure ESG operation, facilities and process safety improved continuously in all ESG plant.

4. Provide training to related personnel and development to meet the needs of the position to equip the staff with their due

quality and skills.

5. Assist in introducing, implementing and improving SHE programs and initiatives in ESG plant operations.

6. Participate in the Quality Assurance implementation of ESG.

7. Provide technical support to sales, prepare technical proposals, budgets, management and after-sales service for ESG customers.

8. Provide technical support for electronic special gas projects within Messer China.

9. Other responsibilities assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

· BS degree or above, major in safety, chemical or other engineering

· More than five years of relevant work experience, including more than three years of work experience in safety production management in the chemical industry; experience on electronic specialty gas(ESG) will be a plus

· Good ability of self-learning

· Ability to work as a member of a team to accomplish tasks

· Good interpersonal and coordinate skills

· Good planning skills

· Good oral and written command of English
