Key responsibilities:

1、Ensure the Bank provides a H&S risk management control process within the Country to minimize accidents to employees, customers, visitors, contractors and the general public, and as a consequence raises the profile of H&S management across the Bank within the country.

2、The service will have a focus on the H&S management of Corporate Services but at the same time provide support to H&S manager in coordinating the following activities across all the Bank entities.

3、The service will include coordination with all domains in Corporate Services to ensure compliance with the Bank H&S standards and procedures. This will also include the service delivery of Corporate Services suppliers.

4、Support the review, update and implementation of new and evolving H&S related legislations, regulations and local requirements across all entities in the country.

5、Ensure third parties meet / follow the Bank H&S practices (e.g. risk assessment; method statement; permit to work etc); they are managed effectively. This will be achieved by regular document checks and onsite inspections.

6、Collate, review and monitor H&S MIs and KPIs.

7、Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported according to the incident reporting requirements. Assist the H&S Manager with the investigation of incidents/accidents.

8、Support all H&S activities, communications and awareness programmes across all entities the country.

Essential qualifications required:

1、Technical background on H&S with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

2、 消防工程师执照 (Fire Safety Engineer Certificate)

3、Extensive and complex project management experience.

4、Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

5、Strong planning and risk management skills

6、Desire to work within a challenging, fast changing but also rewarding environment.
