1、Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

2、Participate in Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Production
Validation (PV) and process launch teams.

3、Assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.

4、Implement and maintain quality systems.

5、Work closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved.

6、Customer touch points collection, pass on to process engineers to have

control for it, lesson learned collection.

7、Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.

8、Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.

9、Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
