Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for inputting data into the crew management system and shipowner system, and handling business declarations for the maritime bureau.
Assist in the arrangement of crew (both Chinese and foreign) boarding and disembarking, certificate checks, contract explanations, itinerary arrangements, visa applications, etc., and liaise with port agents from various countries to ensure accurate crew assembly times.
Responsible for arranging and participating in interviews for shipping companies (shipowners) and preparing necessary documents for crew seminars.
Follow up with vacationing crew members to ensure return rates, and promptly report issues with crew members to superiors.
Maintain relationships with clients (crew members, shipowners).
Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas work experience or foreign personnel preferred.
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; candidates with TEM-4, TEM-8, or strong spoken English are preferred.
Strong ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Willing to accept short-term business trips.
