Responsible for the implementation of annual training plan, cooperate with trainers to organize, coordinate and follow up the training activities, ensure the completion of training KPI hours, and follow up the training effectiveness evaluation.
Responsible for internal trainer management, recruitment, promotion, activity organization, motivation, material management, etc.
Responsible for PEU project management, program formulation, student recruitment, course implementation, attendance management, completion summary, etc.
Responsible for supporting the company's internal workshop and organizational development training.
Responsible for training reports and provide training data report as needed.
Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by management or the company.
