Responsibility:
- Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved.
- 0-km/ field parts collection & analysis
- Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
- Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills.
-Submit the field parts analysis report to customer monthly
Requirement:
- At 3 years work experience as customer quality engineer;
- Bachelor degree majored in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;
- Exposure in new project quality management and customer quality management is a plus;
- Familiar with EC&AC Product knowledge
- Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 and QC tools such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, six sigma;
- CET4; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
