Job description 岗位职责：
1.P&L Responsibilities 项目的成本管控
a. Maintain a profitable margin of the designated account by managing the price and internal costs;
通过对报价和成本的管理，确保项目的良性运转；
b. Analyzes sales forecasts and builds schedules to support sales and ensure proper inventory levels, producing status reports, maintaining and updating PC based schedules, and making presentations to management.
分析销售预测并制定合理的计划，确保合理的库存；维护并更新相应信息，及时反馈。
2. Coordinates and tracks all activities for a designated customer:
跟踪并协调客户的需求：
a. Manage customer Engineering Change Notice and make sure TRIVO is taking right changes according to TRIVO ECO procedure;
对于客户的工程变更需求，要确保公司内部按照相关程序要求有效执行；
b. Planning and reporting order management, communicating schedule changes;
对客户的需求做出合理的计划并进行跟进，对于变更要及时反馈，协调解决；
c. Ensure TRIVO and the designated customer follow the business practice according to the contract. Renew an existing contract and involve negotiation of a new contract;
按照合同执行公司与客户间的合作，以及合同到期后的Review和新合同商谈；
d. RMA management;
RMA的管控；
e. Control inventory, manage the materials E&O. Minimize the materials risk of TRIVO.
控制库存，降低物料风险。
3. CFT Management 项目团队的管理
a. Lead project teams with members of production, purchasing, engineering and quality departments and defines objectives;
带领项目团队成员完成采购、生产、工程、质量等相关工作，以达成客户的需求；
b. Direct priorities on product flow to meet ship schedules and monitors MRP, manufacturing planning, documentation, inventory control and test schedules.
根据需求确定我们内部的计划，并确保物料需求计划，以及在制造过程中各项工作有效合理如期的进行。
4.To supervise and regulate the use of energy
在整个项目的执行过程中，确保并规范能源的使用情况。
