Position Summary

To be Project Leader to manage the new products of lifetimes
development.

作为项目负责人进行新产品全生命周期开发管理。

Main Accountabilities

1. Lead the cross function team
to finish the project development, control the

process、manage the timing plan and status;

带领项目团队完成指定项目实施，控制业务流程、掌控项目时间进程与进度；

2. Provide professional plans
for the specific implementation of project implementation and monitor various
documents for implementation;

对项目执行的具体实施提供专业方案并监控实施执行的各项文件；

3. Supervise, manage and inspect
the project quality and implementation effect;

监督、管理及检查项目执行各环节的作业质量及实施效果；

4. Finish New project quotation
and control the project budget and cost;

完成新项目报价，把控项目预算及整体成本；

5. To understand IATF16949
management system, have the awareness of quality ,safety, saving and
environmental protection. To comply with
safety management requirements when you enter the factory(workshop or
warehouse);

熟悉IATF16949管理体系，具备质量、安全、节约、环境保护意识。进入工厂（车间，仓库）遵守安全管理要求；

6. Respect HSE legislation,
policies, processes and instructions;

participate in work-related risk assessments: stay qualified by regular
training;

work safely and environmentally friendly; apply safety rules and
required safety equipment (PPE) consistently;

eliminate unsafe conditions wherever necessary;

escalate any unsafety to supervision and suggest improvements wherever
possible.

遵守HSE法规、政策、流程和指示；

参与与工作有关的风险评估:保持合格的定期培训；

安全环保工作;应用安全规则和一贯要求的安全设备(PPE) ；

消除不安全无论必要条件；

将任何不安全因素上报给监管部门，并尽可能提出改进建议。

7. Complete other tasks assigned
by the leader.

完成领导交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

1. Equivalent to the
undergraduate or above, Majored in science and engineering is preferred;

本科及以上学历，理工科专业毕业优先考虑；

2. 1 years project management
experience in car industry development ;Or More than 2 years project management
experience in other industries;

一年以上汽车行业开发项目管理工作经验;
或两年以上其他行业项目管理经验；

3. Familiar or trained APQP
method and quality management tools is preferred;

熟悉或接受过APQP方法、五大质量管理工具培训者优先考虑；

4. With knowledge of
IATF16949,14001,45001 management system and VDA6.3 knowledge is preferred;

具备IATF16949、14001、45001管理体系知识和 VDA6.3知识的优先考虑；

5. English speaking and writing
is required;

具备英语交流能力；

6. The age is limited between
25-35;

年龄要求25-35岁之间；

7. Have the ability of
leadership, analysis and communication;

具备领导能力、分析能力、沟通能力；

8. To stress the professional
ethics and keep the confidentiality.
