【Key Responsibilities】 • Support employee life cycle activities through completion tracking for performance management, mandatory training, employee engagement survey and etc. • Responsible for data update in system and proper documentation to capture employment changes. • Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policy. • Generates various HR data, reports, organization chart on regular basis, and conduct HR data analysis with insights. • Seeks for continuous improvement on HR practices and operation. • Participate and coordinate HR initiated projects, trainings to ensure smooth implementation in business and HR internal team 【Minimum Requirements/Qualifications】 • Bachelor Degree in related majors. • At least 2-4 years’ HR generalist experience, working in HRBP team in multinational environment is a must. • Be capable and willing to work on day-to-day operational in a logical and structured way. • Good sense of a human resources professional. • Fluent in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written). Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Good team player and strong inter-personnel skills.
