1. Coordinate and perform activities in line with Bufab’s Supplier Quality Manual and customer’s requirements, including PPAP, RoHS, REACH files & material certificate etc.根据Bufab的供应商质量手册和客户的要求协调和执行活动，包括PPAP、RoHS、REACH文件和材料证书等。
2. Support business development process by working closely with sales & sourcing department at product introduction stage.在产品介绍阶段与销售和采购部门密切合作，支持业务开发过程。
3. Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. Perform periodical supplier visits and follow up all the abnormal items to drive for quality excellence.通过开展审计、分析缺陷趋势和领导持续改进项目，调查、分析和解决供应商质量问题。定期拜访供应商，跟踪所有异常项目，以推动质量卓越。
4. Push & assist suppliers to submit 8D report or other improvement plan timely according to Bufab’s requirements once receiving customer concerns.一旦收到客户的担忧，推动并协助供应商根据Bufab的要求及时提交8D报告或其他改进计划。

5. Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. 及时解决供应商技术问题，确保供应的连续性。

6. Work with purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported while appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.与采购部门合作，确保定期报告供应商绩效，同时实施适当及时的纠正措施。
7. Continuously drive, track and review supplier’s performance, and report out monthly, using supplier scorecard with the aim to improve product quality. 使用供应商记分卡，持续推动、跟踪和审查供应商的绩效，并每月报告，以提高产品质量。
8. Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects to increase supplier’s overall capability, coach supplier to improve both their sense and skill in quality assurance.战略性地领导供应商绩效改进项目，提高供应商的整体能力，指导供应商提高质量保证意识和技能。
9. Identify improvement opportunities, actively participate in company’s continuous improvement projects.识别改进机会，积极参与公司的持续改进项目。
10. Be a key person in the internal and external audits and improve findings at corespoding scope.成为内部和外部审计的关键人物，在核心审计范围内改进审计结果。
11. Report for any QEHS risk whenever discovered during daily works, propose and implement solutions. 报告日常工作中发现的任何QEHS风险，提出并实施解决方案。
12. Act as internal trainer to share knowledge and deliver internal training to other colleagues. 担任内部培训师，向其他同事分享知识并提供内部培训。
13. Other task assigned by the manager/company. 经理/公司分配的其他任务。
14. Frequent travelling is required. 需要经常出差。

1. College degree or above, major in engineering or material is preferred.大专以上学历，工程或材料专业优先。
2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.至少5年质量经验，至少3年制造环境中的SQE。
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494. Internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001和QS9000或TS16494。内部审计师优先。
4. Experience with process controls and quality tools, such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.具有SPC、DOE、FMEA、8D等过程控制和质量工具的经验。
5. Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.质量和可靠性概念、供应商管理和一般制造操作方面的知识。
6. Experience in fastener /small part industry desirable, plating and heat treatment knowledge is a plus.有紧固件/小零件行业工作经验者优先，有电镀和热处理知识者优先。
7. Good command of English reading and writing, oral speaking is a plus. 良好的英语读写能力，口语优先。
8. Good computer literacy, familiar with MS office software, good Excel skill is a plus. 良好的计算机知识，熟悉微软办公软件，熟练使用Excel软件者优先。
