Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line 分析和解决生产线技术问题

• Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……分析解决质量问题，8D报告分析与反馈CP，FEMA，WI……

• Training the new technician and the operator培训新技术员及操作工

• Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target监督生产线以确保达到生产指标

• Product quality control and process supervise and abnormal status monitor生产产品质量的控制、过程监督、异常状态监控

  Cooperate with repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools配合维修和保养机器，设备，工具

• Monitor the manufacturing process to keep the product quality status stability 监控生产工艺过程确认产品质量状态稳定

• Establish and maintain production planning and control建立和维持生产计划与控制

• Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合维修和保养机器、设备与工具

• Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed确保遵循质量控制程序与标准

• Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time不断改进和提高生产性能、减少生产周期

• Production line layout before launch and continuous improvement投产前期生产布局的规划和后期的改进

• Cost saving by optimizing process and material 优化过程和物料以达到成本节约

• Tooling design for production line生产辅助工装夹具的设计

• Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed 承担工艺技术管理标准的起草和修订工作，组织相关人员搞好工艺管理，监督执行工艺纪律

• Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology 组织领导新工艺、新技术的试验研究工作

• Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline 执行分层审核，确保员工按照WI要求操作，工艺纪律检查

• Other jobs arranged by manager 领导安排的其他工作

• Complete and support WCM related work .协助并完成WCM相关工作

EHS

• Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.

  全面遵守地方政府的EHS法律法规以及公司内部的EHS规定。

• Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

  接受EHS 培训，参与公司内部的EHS活动, 并宣传EHS的要求。

• Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

  及时汇报各类工伤、环保、职业健康事故、事故隐患和不安全行为/环境，参与事故调查，按时落实改进措施。

  WCM Skill

• Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI

• Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work

• Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s methodology to sustain the result

Job Requirements工作要求：

• Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.

• Fluent English.

• Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.

• Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.

• Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.

• Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;

• Good capability of relationship;
