Dinova Guangzhou is the buying office for a French discount department store: La Foir’Fouille. Products are consumer goods from supermarket, excluding food and garments.

The Company mission are:

1- Select and built a strong source of supply.

2- Promote products from China to French buyers & customers.

3- Organize smooth exportation to France.

Dinova has 70 colleagues divided into 8 Teams. They are responsible for sourcing, sampling, translation, designing packaging, production follow-up, shipment, reporting, inspection & quality assurance.

Dinova is seeking a dedicated and experienced QA professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by our suppliers meet the quality standards set by our company. You will work closely with our suppliers, sourcing team & internal teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

The QA technician will be part of the quality team and will report to the quality manager.

Your missions:

1. Review and analyse product specifications, samples & supplier manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Collaborate with sourcing/merchandiser teams to identify quality issues & develop corrective action plans.

3. Ensure that all quality documentation & records are up to date before shipment.

4. Review shipment samples, inspection reports & packaging quality.

5. Lead investigations and resolve customer complaints related to product quality issues.

6. Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and factories based on their quality performance.

7. Communicate about technical topics with laboratories.

8. Travel to factories for audit or samples checking may be required.

Requirements:

1. English spoken & written required.

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA role within the consumer goods industry, preferably in a buying office environment.

3. Rigorous & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

4. “Consumer satisfaction” oriented spirit.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & teamwork spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes & develop effective corrective actions.
