(1) Work with our suppliers to make sure only compliant products can be shipped to our customers:

(2) Supervise productions for TMI, according to the Company Procedures and Specifications in force.

(3) Sample and evaluate products in the suppliers’ places when TMI make procurements.

(4) Provide technical assistance to the suppliers in terms of quality control, food safety assurance, and production arrangement.

(5) Work with customer representatives during their visits.

(6) Handle the company audits, documentation, or any other technical requirement for each manufacturing site, in coordination with the corporate QA.

(7) Handle customers complaints and its corrective actions to the manufacturers, in coordination with the corporate QA.

(8) Support the Operations Department – Asia, in supervising fish loading and offloading, stuffing and unstuffing sizing and any other activity related to the quality and quantity of the whole round fish, according to the Company Procedures and Specifications in force.

(9) Support the Corporate Technical Services in developing Company Quality Management Systems and/or any other 3rd party certification.

(10) Take care of other tasks arranged by the management.

The company provides trainings to the candidate.

Requirements

· Be honest, positive, proactive, and easy to get along with

· University degree of Food science & technology/Fishery related or English食品科学与工程专业，渔业行业，生物等专业，或者有相关经验

· Willing to travel within China and SE Asian countries

· Willing to spend most of the day in the production floor

· Willing to work in cross-cultural, international environment

· Good in written and oral English level

· Preferably, but not mandatory, previous experience in food factory as production/quality specialist.

· Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel in particular.
